Refund Policy

AAMP’d offer returns on all full-price merchandise within 7 days of fulfillment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 


To start a return, you can follow the link here: If your return is accepted, a label will be automatically generated for you.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note, that a return shipping fee and restocking fee is associated with returns and exchanges. If your item is returned for any other reason than the one specified, it will not be accepted for return.

If your item is damaged, stolen, or lost please send us an email here. In the event your package is stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a police report online with your local station, to replace your items. 

Once your return is prepared, you can drop it off at any FedEx location. All returns are shipped back to my studio. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are shipping from. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
AAMP’d has the right to refuse returns. If you are outside our 7-day return period, or you have altered the artwork 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

AAMP’d does not offer exchanges on International orders.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
